Digital systems have abundant information but insufficient mechanisms for establishing, exchanging and relying upon trusted outcomes. Gwirio is developing a model in which authoritative organisations can establish trusted assertions that can be relied upon by authorised consumers, without unnecessarily exchanging the underlying information behind them.
This BOK sets out that thinking as a structured body of knowledge. It is separate from the Gwirio Trust Framework, which is Gwirio's own foundational model, principles, terminology and architecture for Trust Infrastructure — the BOK is the broader knowledge base the Framework sits within. It is also separate from Research, which holds the evolving articles, essays and perspectives this thinking is drawn from.
